Service access
Iian is currently available by invitation. We may limit or pause access while operating the service. Pricing, quotas, and any paid usage are confirmed with you before paid access begins.
Your files and rights
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit each recording and to use its transcript. You keep your rights to your submitted files and content. You allow Iian to process them only to provide and maintain the transcription service.
Responsible use
Do not use Iian to break the law, violate another person’s rights, probe the service without permission, or interfere with its operation. Keep your API keys private and tell us promptly if one is exposed.
Transcription results
Speech recognition can make mistakes. Review transcripts before relying on them for decisions, publication, or records where accuracy matters. Iian does not promise that every word, timestamp, or speaker label will be correct.
Changes and contact
We may change the service or these terms as it develops. For a material change affecting an active account, we’ll use the account email where practical. Questions can be sent to the address we used to arrange your access.
