When you request access, we use your name, email address, and project description to review the request and reply. We keep that correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request.
Files and transcripts
For active API accounts, submitted media and resulting transcripts are processed to provide transcription. Do not submit material you do not have permission to process. Retention and deletion details for an account are provided when access is arranged.
Account and service data
Operating the service may involve account details, request timestamps, and technical logs needed to maintain API operation and investigate errors. We do not sell personal information or use uploaded recordings to advertise.
Questions or deletion requests
For a privacy question or a request to remove account information, reply to the address we used when arranging your access. We’ll confirm what we can delete and any records we need to retain to resolve an active issue.
